Ribble Valley Christian Convention 2025

The Ribble Valley Convention 2025 embraces the profound and inspiring theme "Behold He Cometh" (Revelation 1:7).

This year's gathering is centred around Bible-based teaching and Christ-centred worship, designed to enlighten, uplift, and encourage God’s people.

Celebrating more than two centuries of Christian worship at Harrop Fold Chapel and marking 28 years as an Independent Chapel, the convention provides a unique spiritual feast featuring anointed preaching, heartfelt singing, and uplifting fellowship.

Notable highlights include:

  • Distinguished guest speakers such as Pastor Robert Phillips from Wales, Rev Kyle Paisley from London, Rev Bill McMurdo from Glasgow, Mr Fred Kershaw, and Mr Mervyn France, offering diverse insights and experiences.

  • Musical contributions from renowned local musicians like Lucy France, The Ayrton Brothers, and Pastor and Mrs Phillips.

  • Special commemorative displays featuring Wesleyan pottery and Victorian-era souvenirs available in the "upper room".

The convention's commitment to accessibility ensures all visitors are warmly welcomed with facilities that include ramps, rails, disabled toilets, and hearing loops.

Additionally, a well-stocked bookstall, refreshments, and camping options make attending comfortable and convenient.

This year's Ribble Valley Convention promises to be an inspiring occasion, aiming to strengthen faith, build community bonds, and continue its tradition as a cherished annual spiritual event.
